Return & Refund Policy

At gysopearl, we want you to feel confident about every purchase for your home. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating a return.
1) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the conditions below must be met:
- Request is made within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused and uninstalled, and remains in like-new condition (no wipe/cleaning marks, stains, scratches, or signs of wear)
- Item is returned in its original packaging, including any included components such as manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals (if applicable)
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number/receipt)
For safety and product-integrity reasons, we may decline returns for items that are used/installed, incomplete, visibly damaged, missing parts, or have broken seals.
2) Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns/refunds are not available for:
- Used or installed items
- Products labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts and promotional giveaways
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Opened consumable/cleaning items (such as refills or cleaners), where applicable
3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos and/or videos showing:
- the product issue
- the outer box and protective packaging
- the shipping label
After review, we may offer (as appropriate) replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Returns shipped without approval/return instructions may be refused.
5) Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect item).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- gysopearl is not responsible for return parcels that are lost, delayed, or sent to the wrong address.
6) Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)
- Original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you want a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you don’t see your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your account again
- Contact your card provider (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

9) Order Cancellations
We start processing quickly to ship orders as soon as possible.
- If your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
- If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process (if eligible)
10) Return Instructions & Return Address
All returns must be authorized first. We will provide return instructions (such as labeling requirements or the correct return destination) after your request is approved.
