At gysopearl, we create home essentials made for everyday living. To avoid overstocking and unnecessary warehousing, many items are shipped directly from our trusted production partners and international fulfillment centers.

This model helps us to:

1) Processing Time & Shipping Fees

Order Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packing before dispatch.
During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order (destination does not affect the shipping fee).


2) Estimated Delivery Times

Because orders may be fulfilled through global partners, delivery speed can differ by destination. Estimated delivery times:

3) Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Please note:

  • Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the shipping label is created
  • If tracking doesn’t move right away, it doesn’t always mean the package is delayed—carriers often update in batches while the parcel is already in transit

4) Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments are generally sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning:

  • Any duties, import taxes, or customs-related charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • gysopearl cannot control or guarantee customs processing times and is not responsible for customs delays

Customs fees are often uncommon for small household items, but rules vary by country/region.


5) Order Changes & Cancellations

We work quickly to process orders for timely delivery.

If you need to update a shipping address or request cancellation, please email support@gysopearlofficial.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.


6) Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival

If your package arrives damaged, please email support@gysopearlofficial.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The outer packaging and any shipping label

After review, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms the package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
